EROSION

The encounter with rock as a moving mass is the starting point of this series of works. As a haptic experience, the relationship between individual and nature is processed here and finds its expression in the painting of the eroded surface.

In this sense, erosion is not only a geological process, but also a mirror of self-perception and personal introspection. The dissolution of scale within the paintings allows the observation of a rigid element as an organic snapshot of a seemingly eternal process.
